Brian Ingle is an engaging speaker with more than 20 years of leadership experience across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as Executive Director of Planning and Management for the Kentucky State Auditor’s Office, where he provides executive oversight of HR, IT, and Finance.

Passionate about helping others succeed, Brian is dedicated to developing leaders, empowering teams, and fostering positive workplace cultures. A lifelong student of leadership, he combines practical experience with insights into personality and relational intelligence to help professionals strengthen their influence and effectiveness.

Throughout his career, Brian has held several senior leadership roles within Kentucky state government, including all three sectors: public, private, and non-profit. While in state government, Brian led the Transportation Cabinet’s administrative training branch, developing content and presenting trainings on over 50 topics to employees statewide. In addition, he has served as Director of Motor Vehicle Licensing (KY Transportation Cabinet), Director of Disbursements and Accounting (KY State Treasury) and is currently the Executive Director of Planning & Management at the Kentucky State Auditor’s Office where he oversees the areas of HR, IT, and Finance.
